In his words: “My wife and I were children’s Mass coordinators when we first came to Holy Spirit.  Proclaiming the Gospel during these sessions really had an impact on me.  Sometime later, Deacon Wadas stood before me, grasped me by the shoulders, and said he wanted me to prayerfully consider the diaconate.  A year later, he told me a class was forming and I needed to be in it.  This moment, along with a Cursillo retreat I made, gave me the support I needed to put my life into God’s hands, allowing him to lead me where He wanted me to be.”
