Feast of St. Blaise

Msgr. William Skoneki, rector of the Cathedral-Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, administers a throat blessing following Mass on the Feast of St. Blaise, Feb. 3. The blessing invokes the intercession of St. Blaise, a fourth-century Armenian bishop and martyr credited with saving the life of a boy who was choking on a fish bone.
