The Archdiocesan Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry is responsible for Youth and Young Adult Ministry in the Archdiocese of Mobile under the direction of the Archbishop and the Executive Director for Catholic Education.

Major Objective: Provide non-medical supportive care for the elderly with a home/institutional setting
Position Reports To: Program Manager
Full-time employment, non-exempt.
Qualifications: Preferred candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, or related social services field. Candidate needs to have a working knowledge of government and community programs/benefits for the elderly. Candidate will work with staff, volunteers, and other community providers in a manner reflective of the Christian philosophy of Catholic Social Services. Must have a valid Alabama Driver’s License and use of personal insured vehicle. Candidate must successfully
complete Archdiocesan Child Protection Training and background check.

Major Objective: Case Manager for outreach services to elderly clients and provide direct services as requested by Program Supervisor.
Position reports to: St. Margaret’s Services Program Supervisor
Employment: Full time - 35 hours per week. Must be available to work during normal operating hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications: College degree; experience in outreach work; ability to work cooperatively with people in a non-judgmental attitude; ability to maintain confidentiality and professional business etiquette at all times; must be trustworthy and able to work with minimum supervision at times utilizing good judgment; must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; and, have good hand writing skills and computer skills. Candidate must have a valid Alabama Driver’s license, personal vehicle insurance, and reliable automobile. Must successfully complete Archdiocesan Child Protection Training and background check.
