Masses to be celebrated at area cemeteries

Archbishop Thomas J. Rodi will celebrate the annual All Souls Day Mass on Monday, Nov. 2 at The Catholic Cemetery of Mobile, 1700 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave.
Mass will begin at 10 a.m. behind the mausoleum. In the event of inclement weather, Mass will be held in the mausoleum chapel.
The homilist for the Mass will be Fr. Gabriel Mills, parochial vicar at Christ the King Parish in Daphne.
The Mass will commemorate the faithful departed and be offered for all the souls in Purgatory. All are invited to attend Mass and pray for the repose of souls.
* Fr. Saleth Mariadoss, pastor of St. Peter Parish in Montgomery, will celebrate All Souls Day Mass at St. Margaret Cemetery at noon Nov. 2. The cemetery is located on Upper Wetumpka Road in Oakwood Cemetery, 829 Columbus St., Montgomery.
* Msgr. James Kee, pastor of St. Vincent de Paul Parish in Tillman’s Corner, will celebrate All Souls Day Mass at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 2 at Mobile Memorial Gardens, 6100 Three Notch Rd., Mobile.
Mass will take place in the cemetery’s Garden of Crucifixion.
